Welcome To Our Practice

At Clinical Pediatric Associates of North Texas, our skilled team of pediatricians offers comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents. Conveniently located in Grapevine, our courteous and knowledgeable staff works hard from first contact to make every visit to our office positive.

Whether it's your child's first visit to our office, or just a routine well–child checkup, we strive to make sure you and your child are always comfortable and informed. We take the time to talk with parents to help you understand your child's needs, and we equip you with the knowledge necessary for promoting a lifetime of optimal health and wellness.

Our Services

From routine checkups to immunizations, Clinical Pediatric Associates of North Texas is equipped to handle all of your child's health needs.

ADHD

Our office can provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations (or refer to the appropriate clinical psychologists) and can provide various treatment options. ADHD follow-up appointments are recommended every 3-4 months to monitor ongoing treatment success.

Allergies

Our office can provide information on proper allergy testing (food and environmental allergies) as well as provide treatment options and EpiPen refills when appropriate.

Asthma

Our office can provide spirometry and peak flow testing to better assess lung function. This service is rarely offered in a pediatric primary care office. We can also provide asthma action plans for use at home and in school. Routine asthma follow-up appointments are recommended every 6 months to monitor asthma control and to provide inhaler refills.

Minor Cuts & Burns

Our office is equipped to handle simple laceration repairs and burn debridement with close follow-up. For more extensive care, referral to an appropriate specialist can be provided.

Congenital Ear Deformities

Our doctors are trained in the use of the EarWell procedure, which is a non-surgical ear molding device that can reshape ear deformities in the newborn period to decrease the need for surgical correction later in life.

Immunizations

Our office can provide all immunizations that is recommended by the AAP, CDC, and ACIP medical organizations. We also highly recommend that all immunizations are given according to the recommended schedule put forth by these institutions.

Circumcisions

Our doctors can perform in-office circumcisions for newborns who did not get the procedure done in the hospital. This is done under sterile conditions and with a local anesthetic to keep the newborn comfortable.

Ear Care

Our office offers ear piercing using the Blomdahl method and ear wax removal services using a lighted curette and/or peroxide flush. We can also provide foreign body removal from the ears or the nose.

Hearing and Vision Screening

Our office can provide basic hearing and vision screening that is required by schools. Routine screening can start as early as age 3.

Lab Testing

Our office can provide in-house testing for various conditions. For more comprehensive tests, we can order blood work through Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp.

These in-house tests include:

  1. CBC
  2. Urinalysis
  3. Glucose
  4. Strep/Covid/Flu/RSV molecular testing

Oral Care

Our office can apply fluoride varnish to the developing teeth of babies and toddlers during their routine checkups for those who have not been seen by a dental specialist yet. It is recommended that a toddler has a dental home after age one and receives dental follow-up care every 6 months.

Referrals to Specialists

Our office can provide appropriate referrals to a connection of trusted pediatric professionals.

Sports Physicals

Our office can provide UIL or TAPPS required sports physicals for young athletes and have the appropriate forms completed.
